Mithila is a Registered Psychologist with more than 10 years experience in the industry having worked with a diverse range of clients across the not-for-profit/NGO, private sectors and employment sectors. She has professional expertise in parenting support, issues related to children and young people, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, dual-cultural issues, family and domestic violence, suicide and self-harm risk assessment and management, mental health assessments, safety planning and intervention.

Denise believes that personal growth often comes from struggle and conflict, and that people can turn challenging times into valuable learnings, giving their experiences deeper meaning and appreciation.

Shelley holds a Masters of Psychology (Counselling Psychology) which involved six years of training at university. Since being registered as a psychologist, Shelley has worked with clients of all ages and from a variety of different backgrounds in various different services and settings.

Almaas prioritises developing a unique environment, tailored to her individual clients’ needs and presentations and  incorporates her understanding of personality models and trauma-sensitive approaches to meet her clients in a compassionate, non-judgemental space.

Stefan is an experienced senior Clinical Psychologist offering compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy for individuals and groups. He works from a humanistic and client centred base and tries to make each session as meaningful as possible for each person.

Sarah is a compassionate and strengths focused Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor. She has extensive experience working in public mental health across both community and inpatient settings, including as the District Eating Disorders Coordinator and Suicide Prevention Manager for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, and the Towards Zero Suicides Program Manager for Sydney Local Health District. Sarah utilises a collaborative, client-centred and evidence-based approach and draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She has a particular interest in working with women and supporting them through challenging life adjustments, such as relationship breakdowns, grief and loss, parenthood and career changes.

Ashley is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who completed her Clinical Psychology Masters at Central Queensland University  Rockhampton, with thesis research exploring bariatric surgery patient’s wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. She previously completed a Master of Professional Psychology degree at UNE and bachelor’s degree in psychology at JCU, which included a thesis component focused on the benefits of psychological interventions for bariatric patients. She also has an Honours degree in Anthropology, to enable a greater understanding of cultural practices and diversity.

Georgia is a registered psychologist with over 15 years' experience working with adults in a range of settings, including community and inpatient facilities.

Bernadette is a passionate and empathetic clinical psychologist who takes a strength-based approach working with families, adults, adolescents and children. Bernadette’s focus is on a range of psychological testing and treatment planning for mental health conditions, emotional regulation and behavioural problems. She has dual master degrees in Forensic Mental Health and Clinical Psychology.

Tania has worked as a Psychologist for more than 20 years.  She has maintained a strong interest in understanding human behaviour, connecting with people and working alongside them to build autonomy and valued living. She has spent many years working in the area of adolescent and adult mental health providing individual therapy on a long-term basis as well as group programs. This has included working in the area of eating disorders, suicidality, self-harm, depression and anxiety. She also has experience working in domestic violence, child protection, residential facilities, child and family support services, ATSI communities and community development projects.
