Dr Mulenga is a Psychiatrist, and completed his medical training at the University of Wollongong.  He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand (FRANZCP) and is trainedin General Adult and Addictions.  In addition to private practice, Dr Mulenga holds a regional position as a VMO Adult Psychiatrist in the Southern NSW LHD.
