He has helped several ADF as well as veterans to go through their claims process by providing expert medical reports. These reports included liability claims and impairment assessments and supported medical discharges. Through his experience he has become aware that often defence personnel must wait long periods of time to access a psychiatrist for their medical reports. They often struggle with the reports being done in a timely manner which can exacerbate their mental health issues whilst they are waiting. Therefore, he would like to help in this area to relieve them of the stresses that are often faced. Dr Reddy is also able to write comprehensive management plans for the treatment of their mental health conditions. These plans can then be administered by their GP. Dr Reddy is also happy to oversee them.
