- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): This program focuses on four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It's beneficial for individuals struggling with suicidality, self-harm, complex trauma, or intense emotions.
- Young Adult DBT (18-25): Tailored for young adults, this program addresses similar skills as DBT but incorporates content relevant to their age group, such as managing alcohol and drug use, developing independence, and building healthy relationships.
