Visiting Hours

We recognise the importance of maintaining contact with family and friends. The visiting hours are outlined below however there may be occasions where staff may need to alter or restrict visiting arrangements. We are also able to make individual visiting plans based upon patient need. Please discuss this with our team should you wish to make alternate visiting arrangements.

Monday to Friday

4.00pm – 8.00pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

2.30pm – 9.00pm

Expectations of entry apply to all visitors of the Clinic. These expectations are posted at entry points and at Reception. In consideration of others, we ask visitors to please keep noise to a minimum and to visit in patient’s rooms, rather than in communal areas.

Parents/carers visiting the adolescent unit can be arranged via appointment only. We ask you to telephone the ward to make arrangements.

Public Telephones

Should family and friends wish to contact a patient, please call our Reception on 03 9256 8311 to be transferred to the ward staff who will support access to a phone for the patient to take the call.
