Our Psychologists

Carrie is a warm and professional Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of clinical experience across Hong Kong and Australia. Her special interests include emotional disorders, abuse and trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, and grief and loss. She also has extensive experience in performing cognitive assessments for children and adults and preparing victim impact or presentencing reports for courts. Carrie takes an empathetic and non-judgmental approach in supporting her clients through their difficulties, identifying their strengths and taking practical steps towards their goals. Carrie works with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds and provides therapies in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She provides a wide range of therapies including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitisation  Reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and emotion-focused therapy. She is registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Frank is a healthcare professional who has trained and worked extensively in the diverse disciplines of psychology, tertiary education and chiropractic care. His career as a Psychologist has been guided by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), a field of psychology that helps and supports people facing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues and substance abuse. His broad education gives him an understanding of how physiology and psychology can be applied to treat conditions such as chronic pain. Respect and understanding inform his guiding principles; both are key ingredients in maintaining good relationships, together with laughter, being one of the best forms of medicine!Age Groups:

Susan (Sue) is a registered psychologist with qualifications including a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Family Therapy.

Stacy is a registered psychologist undertaking the clinical registrar program. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Master of Professional Psychology, and Master of Psychology (Clinical).

 

Vanessa is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting families during pregnancy, postpartum and through parenthood. She has a focus on helping them to find joy and increased confidence in these life transitions and values the opportunity to support and enhance parent-child relationships. This includes providing support with a range of issues which may arise, including depression,  anxiety, infertility and pregnancy loss, traumatic birth and managing difficult emotions related to parenting.

Karen is a Clinical Psychologist with qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts (major in Psychology), Graduate Diploma of Psychology and Master of Clinical Psychology. Karen’s professional experience has comprised all life stages and diverse settings including inpatient and outpatient settings, educational and private settings.

Stacey is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor, with over 10 years experience, who is passionate about creating a safe, warm, and collaborative environment to support her clients. She has a goal that all clients leave their sessions feeling heard, empowered, and having learned new insights, skills and strategies to manage their own mental health.

Michelle is a Clinical Psychologist who takes a dynamic and compassionate approach to working with clients. She has experience working with adults in a variety of contexts including public and private health services, as well as private practice.

Georgia is a registered psychologist with over 15 years' experience working with adults in a range of settings, including community and inpatient facilities.
