Farah is a Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology degree and around 12 years of experience. She was born and raised in Malaysia and moved to Australia as a professional. She has work experience in both countries, the majority of it in Australia, in EAP and private practice settings. Farah chose to specialise in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) eight years ago and practises it in her own life. Apart from working with clients, she conducts training and supervision in ACT for other mental health professionals as it is important to her to contribute to society at a larger level too.

Ruth is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist, with more than 20 years of experience with cognitive-behavioural therapy, trauma recovery and mindfulness. She is committed to helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve mental well-being. She combines her understanding of human behaviour with a warm, personalised, and empathetic approach to deliver effective therapeutic interventions. Ruth strives to foster positive change in her clients, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. She has a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and a uses a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to address individual needs. 

Kathy is a Registered Psychologist committed to assisting people to work through life challenges in a way that is meaningful to them.

Narina is a dedicated, passionate and highly qualified Registered Psychologist with 30 years of experience in the field, working with individuals, couples and families.Narina is highly committed to providing a high-quality counselling service that works towards helping clients to address problematic issues in their lives, learn healthier coping skills and resources that will ensure greater happiness and well-being. She, has extensive experience working across different fields and supports all ages from children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Anina is a registered Psychologist with a special interest in providing therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families. She has several years’ work experience as a Psychologist in both the public and private sectors. The focus of her treatment is on a range of mental health and adjustment difficulties that may emerge during the various middle childhood and youth developmental stages.

Jacinta is a Clinical Psychologist who has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and their families, and adults with psychological or psychiatric disorders. She has garnered experience in numerous public mental healthsettings, including community outpatient clinics in Singapore and Australia, the Institute of Mental Health outpatient and inpatient ward (Singapore), Burns Unit (Australia) and Perth Voices Clinic (Australia).

Cheong is a registered Clinical Psychologist Registrar with qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), and Masters of Clinical Psychology. He is a seasoned psychologist with a diverse life journey, dedicating 9 years immersing himself in the varied cultures of India, working with refugees and searching for the meaning of life there. He has also lived in Singapore and Malaysia and is experienced in working in a multicultural environment. He has explored and studied different religions such as Christianity, Buddhism, and Islamism. These experiences have profoundly influenced him, shaping a professional with deep empathy and compassion.
